Paul Glass is Co-Founder and Executive Director of NEXION Networks Pty Ltd. Paul is a highly skilled ICT Business Manager, a graduate of the Chartered Management Institute UK, a member of AIM and an IT and Communications Specialist.

Paul is a passionate business leader and an expert IT & Communications consultant with industry-leading experience in Enterprise ICT solution design and delivery. Paul leads the company’s innovative vision and growth strategy through a collaborative team approach across technical, communications and service delivery.

Paul’s expertise has been built through both Australian and international experience in IT and Telecommunications and Business Management including South Africa and the UK. He has led local Perth and National Communications Companies and spent several years leading Mitel for WA/SA. He also worked internationally for JT – a global telecommunications provider.

Paul has proven ICT skills and experience in end-to-end Cloud IT solutions, design and delivery and complex Enterprise solutions.

Kevin Read

Co-Founder & CEO

Kevin Read is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer / CEO of NEXION Networks Pty Ltd. Kevin is a highly-skilled CEO and has worked across the globe in IT leadership and development roles in the UK, South Africa and Australia. Kevin has International IT experience across multiple industries including Aviation, Pharma, Manufacturing, Media, Education and a hands-on approach to server infrastructure, virtualisation, storage, networking, software, data centre, and private and public cloud solutions.

Kevin is responsible for developing technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals. Kevin will focus on discovering and implementing new technologies that yield a competitive advantage. He is responsible for the management of company technical solutions, staff, projects and products alignment, communicating technology strategy to the board, examining the short and long-term needs of the company, and utilising capital to make investments designed to help NEXION reach its objectives.

Steven Usher

Head of Technology

Steven is Head of Technology and responsible for the internal and external adoption of technology. Steven forms an integral role in the further expansion of our Cloud Solutions, via our leading Data centre NEXION W1 DC in Belmont, Perth, WA. Steven has global experience in mission-critical ICT applications, design and delivery and s not only responsible for the companies adoption of leading solutions but the delivery and design of key customer whole of ICT architecture.

Steven will drive internal cutting-edge product expansion as well as provide key customer support in all areas of products and solutions. Steven is a highly-respected and experienced Global IT Manager with skills in Security, IaaS, Networking, Storage, Compute, Cloud, Wireless, Data Centre, Service Desk and Managed Services. Steven has held key roles as IT Manager in global mining and technology companies, CIO and Senior Consultants in large commercial organisations.
